Important

1. All children must stay under the supervision and the responsibility of their parents or adults accompanying them.

2. Travelers booking with us must abid to the Thai laws and must be respectful of the other travellers, the staff, and the locals. Unrespectful behavior may lead to an immediate end of their excursion/activity, after the total payment of all due amounts, of any prejudice, and without refund.

Bookings and deposits:

To be processed, all requests must be submitted with all necessary information (names, number of participants, ages, type of activity, copy of passports, specific physical conditions etc.).

Any changes must be notified in advance and are subject to our approval.

On receiving your booking, we will send you a proforma invoice and the details of the excursion/activity (date, time, meeting point, what to bring…). Then, on receiving your required deposit, we will send you our final confirmation and receipt.

Please note: in case of payment by transfer, the value of the deposit that we will take into account is the amount credited on our Thai bank account net of all transfers and bank fees.

Modifications and Cancellations:

An excursion/activity is non-refundable once confirmed by us and the deposit paid.

However, in case an excursion is modified or cancelled by us due to external factors,
1. If changes do not affect the nature and the interest of the tour, they cannot be considered as a sufficient reason for a refund.
2. If the changes are considered major (different date, rate…), they will be submitted to your approval and the paid amounts may be refund.

Accepted payments

Cash (Thai Baht), transfer to our bank accounts, Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay: +3% fee), Paypal, Alipay. Bank fees must be paid by the guests.
